EU Made the Anti-dumping Final Determination to China 's Seamless Steel Pipe

May 12, 2017, the European Commission issued a notice that they made the anti-dumping final determination to the seamless steel pipe originating in China, ruled on levying 29.2% to 54.9% of the anti-dumping duties to China's involved products. Combined Nomenclature codes of involved products are 73041990, ex73042990, 73043998 and 73045999 (EU TARIC code is 7304299090). Anti-dumping duties applied to China's involved enterprises are as the table below:

February 13, 2016, After the Defence Committee of the Seamless Steel Tubes Industry of the European Union on behalf of Eu manufacturers those the production of seamless steel pipe accounted for more than 25% of similar products production in EU made application on January 4, 2016, the European Commission announced the initiation of anti-dumping investigation on China's seamless steel pipe. The period of dumping and injury investigation for this case is from January 1, 2015 to December 31, 2015. November 11, 2016, the European Commission issued a notice, made anti-dumping preliminary ruling to seamless steel pipe originating in China, ruled on levying 43.5% to 81.1% of the provisional anti-dumping duties on China's involved products.
