Eastern gas pipeline between China and Russia has completed the preparation and review of the feasibility report. The pipeline technology solution for the key part has been identified. Recently, the China-Russia Eastern Gas Pipeline has preliminary reviewed the design by both China and Russia. Both China and Russia are agreed on the basic content. The design is expected to be complished before May, and gain Russia's Approval in August 2016. Till today, China and Russia have been negotiated 15 rounds on the current construction program and steel pipe selection consensus. The next step is to negotiate on the selecting construction unit and engineering budget.
