After the completion of seamless/electric resistance welding steel pipe manufacturing, PRIME STEEL PIPE offer value-added services--- galvanized coating on the pipes according to the customers' requirements. There are three types of galvanizing technique which are hanging plating, blow plating, galvanized band. Hanging plating process for seamless steel pipe is the type of process which can apply the highest amount of zinc on the pipes. (>500 g2). For blowing plating process, the amount of zinc applied on the pipe is around 300 g2. For galvanized pipe band the amount of zine applied on the pipe is ranges from 60 to 150 g2.
